ASMOF Member Survey: Sexual harassment and gender equity

05-Feb-2019

ASMOF has previously reported that the Australian Human Rights Commission (AHRC) is undertaking a national inquiry into sexual harassment in the workplace.

As part of ASMOF’s response to this inquiry, and to inform our ongoing advocacy, we would like to invite all members to complete a short, anonymous survey on preventing sexual harassment and promoting gender equity. This survey is specifically focused on doctors and their workplaces.

ASMOF believes our survey results will build upon the findings of other important research in this area and we encourage you to share your experiences. The survey should take about 5-10 minutes to complete.

Click HERE to complete the survey.

The survey is open until February 22.Your answers will be entirely confidential unless you give us permission to share them (de-identified).

ASMOF will also be attending a roundtable with the AHRC on February 15 from 2-3.30pm in Parramatta. This consultation will focus on the health and social assistance sector and all ASMOF members are invited to attend. Please follow the link for more details and lets us know if you are interested in joining the consultation by calling the office on 9212 6900 or emailing carolinas@asmof.org.au.
